Zac decided he wanted to stay up and welcome in the New Year so we all played couch potatoes until midnight. It was kinda fun snuggling with Zac and Rick. Of course I got a New Years kiss from my favorite man! And then I woke up to a migraine in the early morning hours. Seems like I've been on a bad migraine cycle the last year, getting them about every two weeks if not more. It really bites since most of the meds out there don't work for me and the state of Utah does not stock demerol at the ER's anymore. I tried to explain to a Doc a few months ago that I've been getting demerol shots for years and that it works just fine for me but he told me that too many patients have reactions to it that they deem it not good to keep around..... sigh......
